Job Summary: The Customer Service & Order Management Executive manages customer needs and oversees the smooth processing of orders. This role involves customer communication, market research, and ensuring compliance with contractual standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Management:
- Conduct market and technical research.
- Investigate part numbers and perform IPC investigations.
- Understand and apply commercial definitions.
Order Management:
- Assess payment viability and handle procurement.
- Manage vendor quality approvals and end-to-end order processing.
- Resolve order issues and handle warranties, RMAs, and credits.
Customer Service:
- Serve as a main point of contact for customers and vendors.
- Coordinate contract reviews and address customer queries.
- Use quality systems to improve processes.
Expectations:
- Strong teamwork, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented and proactive problem-solving.
- Commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of quantum systems.
- Aviation or aerospace industry experience.
