We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our team.
Job Description:
- Identify and Develop Opportunities: Proactively identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to engage potential clients. This could include organizing events and hosting them.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Sales and Marketing: Create and implement sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build professional relationships and expand the company’s client base.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business growth.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present business proposals to potential clients, demonstrating the value of our services.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Client Onboarding: Assist new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and satisfaction with our services.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or a related role.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin are essential for effective client interactions.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to assess market trends and identify business opportunities.
