We are looking for a Project Manager responsible for managing IT projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, and facilitating the successful delivery of projects for our customers. The ideal candidate should possess strong stakeholder management capabilities and a strategic mindset, delivering high quality infrastructure projects.
Job Description
- Development project plans, including scope, timeline, and budget.
- Regularly track and report on project status, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables, providing clear visibility to all stakeholders.
- Manage risk, issue, and change resolution processes, proactively addressing any challenges that arise and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting notes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering or a related field, preferably with a focus on IT Infrastructure.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in IT Project Management.
- Proven and successful track record in delivering IT projects on time and within budget.
- Basic knowledge of project management principles and methodologies and hands-on IT professional with full SLDC lifecycle experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent stakeholders management skill with the ability to work collaboratively with different teams and stakeholders, and address issues proactively and find effective solutions.
- Strong effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 Foundation certification
- Knowledge of network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPN, and basic network security protocols.
