Repairs (First-Level Check). - Products(s) Viewing & Introduction.
- Showroom Sales.
- Shell Escape Redemption.
- Receiving inbound and making outbound calls.
- Showroom maintenance.
- Administrative works (paper works etc.) related to counter and showroom.
- Follow-up on customers’ & dealers’ repair sets.
- Assist Call Centre when called upon.
- Liaise and work with inter-department(s) colleagues, to ensure commitment to our valued customer is fulfilled.

Job Requirements:
- ‘N’ level & above with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
