Job Details:
- Salary: $12 per hour (Tax Admin); $13.45 per hour (Call Centre Officer)
- Mon - Fri: Working Hours: 830am - 5pm
- Location: Novena
- Immediate - end December (Renewable depend on performance and business needs)
Call Centre Duties:
- Address taxpayers’ tax queries on the various tax types such as Individual Income Tax, Property tax over the helpline
- Promote and nudge taxpayers in the usage of our e-Services and chatbot
- Guide taxpayers on the step-by-step e-Filing procedures and provide advices on their filing and payment obligations
Tax Admin Duties:
- Address taxpayers' enquiries via emails
- Query taxpayers for documentary proof of claims
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
