Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Project Engineer to oversee project execution from start to finish. You will ensure smooth project delivery by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and providing updates.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with production, design, and sales teams to align project execution.
- Scheduling: Develop and manage project timelines and resource allocation.
- Site Visits: Travel to project sites occasionally, both locally and internationally, to oversee installation and ensure project requirements are met.
- Reporting and Documentation: Manage and organize all project-related documentation, including progress reports and engineering drawings.
- Bid Preparation: Assisting sales in preparation for tenders and RFQs with technical insight.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years experience in managing engineering or manufacturing projects.
- Minimal Diploma holder in Engineering or related field.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
- Problem-solving and growth mindset.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
- Bonus: Experience with project management software.
