We are a Singapore-based company providing high-end processing equipment for semiconductor industry. We are looking for an Information Technology Manager to be based in Singapore headquarters. Reporting to group Chief Operating Officer, the successful candidate is responsible for managing the overall technology & application infrastructure, ensuring proper operation, maintenance, and security to achieve business goals through effective technology utilization.
Key job responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and implement IT strategies and solutions to achieve business objectives.
- Bring governance and develop IT policies and procedures, including IT Use Policy, Data Protection, Data Security policies and compliance to data protection laws.
- Build technology roadmap, related opex / capex budget and project planning.
- Ensure IT infrastructure and application support are meeting business requirements based on IT service management.
- Maintain documentation of system design, changes, and processes. Guide users on new implementations.
- Oversee ERP & application projects and manage related IT resources.
- Present operational reports to company management to aid in key business decisions.
- Manage and maintain IT hardware/software/license inventory.
- Manage security awareness trainings for all staff.
- Conduct routine system audits and evaluations of network/data security, generating reports for senior management.
- Resolve issues and offer technical support as necessary.
- Ensure business continuity and disaster recovery with data protection and backups.
Job requirements:
- Degree/Master’s in computer engineering/computer science or similar discipline.
- Professional certification in MCSA/CCNA/ITIL/PMP/Prince2 is advantageous.
- At least 10 years of experience in IT, with a minimum of 5 years in managerial roles.
- Solid understanding of managing cloud infrastructure, Windows servers, Virtualisation, Networking & security, firewalls.
- Knowledge of application and database management.
- Expertise in Office 365 Administration with Azure Active Directory.
- Expertise in building security infrastructure, firewall, antivirus (EDR/XDR), antispam, attack surface management etc.
- Highly organised, detailed oriented, possess excellent communication, team management and customer service skills, enjoy working with end-users, and can operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Be contactable for after-office production support issues if needed.
- Occasional oversea travel to other regional offices if required. Working experiences in international companies and adaptive attitudes towards multinational and multicultural environment are added advantages.
