Our client is specialised in wide format graphic solutions and 3D systems. Due to fast expansion, they are actively seeking for Service Engineer.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular and preventive maintenance on large format printers. Training will be provided.
- Diagnose and repair printer issues, ensuring minimal downtime for customers.
- Manage and organize spare parts inventory, ensuring availability for critical repairs.
- Conduct regular stock checks and manage the return of used and unused parts.
- Assist in processing supplier claims related to parts and equipment.
- Maintain an up-to-date record of warranty and non-warranty machines.
- Provide regular updates to the team regarding the status of warranty- covered equipment.
- Provide regular reports on service activities, completed jobs, and any issues encountered.
Requirements
- Min 1-3 years relevant hand on experience in servicing, diagnosing and repairing printing equipment
- knowledge in large format printers will be an added advantage
- Experience in production environment or related field
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
**Salary will be commensurate with qualification, experience and senior position**
