Job Description
Role and Duties: -
· Support the day-to-day business operations of the centre
· Handle counter duties including attend to walk-in customers or visitors, and answer enquiries
· Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
· Handle all incoming calls
· Performing cashiering duties
· Handle all forms of payment methods (Cash, NETS and etc)
· Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
· ‘N’ or ‘O’ Levels with PC knowledge (Excel and Words)
· Proficient in English and Chinese (oral and written) as the need to serve the Chinese customers
· Proven experience as front desk representative or relevant position
· No experience but having pleasant and positive attitude is welcome
· Excellent customer service skill
· Pleasant, mature enjoy meeting and serving customer with friendly disposition
Rotating shifts including weekdays / weekends and public holidays when required
