Responsibilities:
Business Development Support
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities to expand Liquid Group's market presence in the digital and corporate payments sectors
- Support the development and execution of strategic business development plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform business strategy
Client Acquisition and Management Support
- Help develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
- Assist in the negotiation and closing of deals with potential clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
- Support the management of key accounts, providing tailored solutions to meet clients' needs and fostering long-term partnerships
Strategic Partnerships Support
- Assist in identifying and establishing strategic partnerships to enhance Liquid Group’s service offerings and market reach
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support joint initiatives and projects that drive business growth
Product and Service Innovation Support
- Work closely with the product development team to provide market feedback and contribute to the development of new products and services
- Stay informed about industry developments and emerging technologies to ensure Liquid Group remains at the forefront of innovation
Performance Analysis and Reporting Support
- Monitor and analyze business performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded
- Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, growth metrics, and forecasts to senior management
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related discipline or diploma with 2 - 4 years’ relevant experience
- Experience in a payments services industry required, but internships or related experience is an advantage
- Strong interest in business development and in the payments or fintech industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and growth-focused startup
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage
