We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Growth Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will support the growth of Liquid Group's Commercial units, focusing on digital payments, corporate payments, and key account management. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to begin their career in business development and in the financial and payments industry.

Responsibilities:


Business Development Support

  • Assist in identifying new business opportunities to expand Liquid Group's market presence in the digital and corporate payments sectors
  • Support the development and execution of strategic business development plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform business strategy

Client Acquisition and Management Support

  • Help develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Assist in the negotiation and closing of deals with potential clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
  • Support the management of key accounts, providing tailored solutions to meet clients' needs and fostering long-term partnerships

Strategic Partnerships Support

  • Assist in identifying and establishing strategic partnerships to enhance Liquid Group’s service offerings and market reach
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support joint initiatives and projects that drive business growth

Product and Service Innovation Support

  • Work closely with the product development team to provide market feedback and contribute to the development of new products and services
  • Stay informed about industry developments and emerging technologies to ensure Liquid Group remains at the forefront of innovation

Performance Analysis and Reporting Support

  • Monitor and analyze business performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded
  • Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, growth metrics, and forecasts to senior management

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related discipline or diploma with 2 - 4 years’ relevant experience
  • Experience in a payments services industry required, but internships or related experience is an advantage
  • Strong interest in business development and in the payments or fintech industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and growth-focused startup
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage
