Mon - Fri 8.30-5.30, Mon & Fri WFH
- Point of contact to leaders and employees on HR matters
- Provide full spectrum of HR operational support to sites including but not limited to staffing, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, employee relations, etc.
- Manage recruitment activities for sites including approval, job postings, screening and interviewing, offer and onboarding, etc.
- Payroll administration for Singapore and ensure payments are made on time.
- Manage and provide support to the organization’s Audit on Payroll matters.
- Manage Staff Claims and provide Staff Benefits administration.
- Oversee and administer the Group H&S Insurance and Work Injury Compensation as well as the claims.
- Assist in other HR projects or activities like merit review, etc.
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned.
