- Design and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Develop talent attraction and sourcing strategies.
- Manage and optimize the recruitment budget.
- Build and maintain a talent pool based on business needs and trends.
- Business stakeholder management.
- Lead a recruitment team.
- Lead the recruitment process.
- Mentor recruiters.
- Report recruitment metrics.
Requirements
- Min 10 years of IT talent.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Familiarity with IT roles.
- Understanding of MOM laws and SG HR practices.
