The incumbent is responsible for co-ordinating and implementing new, renovation and refurbishment projects in South Asia in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Responsibilities:
- Execute new retail store, warehouse or office construction projects, supervise site works and attend site meetings as necessary.
- Follow up and monitor renovation progress and ensure overall compliance with company standards.
- Understand and coordinate design concept, layout and material selection to be used with Regional Team and Technical Office in Italy.
- Prepare budget and continuously monitor cost to meet financial requirements of project.
- Create project schedules to meet timelines and ensure deadlines are maintained.
- Co-ordinate all aspects of technical work e.g. submission of drawing, design, logistics, ordering, payment etc.
- Carry out the tendering process from initial stages to awarding of tenders to third parties.
- Co-ordination with all internal departments and external third parties, including but not limited to Landlords, Consultants, Suppliers etc.
- Present concise clear project updates to Regional Director, Asia Pacific and HQ Engineering team.
