Position: Project Accounts Manager
Salary: SGD $5000- SGD $9000
Responsibilities:
· Imprest fund management and daily project reimbursement.
· Project payment process initiation.
· Local staff salary payment.
· Project payment settlement of subcontractors.
· Project external accounts management and tax management (monthly tax declaration and payment, verification and communication of annual external accounts audit report, and response to tax inspection).
· Fund management.
· Fill in monthly financial statements.
· Handle intra-project accounts and prepare financial statements.
· Do other financial related work.
Requirements:
· Degree in Finance/Accountancy, CPA holder preferably with 8 years relevant financial reporting experience
· Preferably with exposure in the construction industry
· Able to work independently and effectively under pressure.
· Good problem solver with strategic thinking abilities & possess good interpersonal skills.
· Takes initiative and is a good team-player Strong sense of integrity Strong computer skills including accounting databases, Microsoft Excel, basic skills in PowerPoint and Word and other software Detailed and deadline-oriented.
· Ability to thoroughly analyze and research information.
· Excellence written, and verbal communication skills Driven, proactive, and mature working attitude.
