Roles & Responsibilities
1. Handle Recruitment full process and Onboarding.
2. Arrange Training and Enchance Employee skill & development
3. Handle BCA / BizSafe certificate / company equipment / Insurance / FWMI / WICA etc
4. Handle payroll, leave and other related matters.
5. Compensation & Benefits ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
5. HR Compliance maintain labor laws and regulation.General email correspondence with supplier / MOM / Government Sector.
6. Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable duties such as payments, receipts, invoices.
7. Validated and recorded invoice.
8. Assist in GST and Taxation filing.
9. Assist with account auditor for annual audit.
10. Assist in submission of employees IR8A.
11. Liaise with supplier for procurement and issue Purchase Order.
12. Monthly reconciliation against supplier’s Statement of Account and rectifies the discrepancies.
13. Handle incoming calls and any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Managemen
