- Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair mobile devices;
- Quality control and testing of repaired devices to ensure full functionality. Resolve/manage customer inquiries;
- Ability to multi-task between repairs and customer service;
- Maintain and use repair tools and equipment.
- Provide estimates and quotes;
- Achieve KPI goal
Job Requirements
- Have experience in Handphone repair
- O” Level/ ITE Nitec/ Diploma in related field
- Minimum 1 years of working experience
- Ability to repair a variety of mobile devices
- Willing to work flexibly and with enthusiasm;
- Proficient in PC Committed and able to work independently
- Customer Service orientated
- Able to work as a team
- Have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Have a great work ethic and shows initiative
- Salary commensurate with experience
- 5.5 days work week
- Mon - Fri: 10:30am - 20:30pm; Sat: 09:30am - 14:30pm
- Working Location: Woodlands
