- Min. 8 years of relevant working experience in banking industry.
- Proven track record in managing IT System Implementation projects.
- Extensive experience with the entire Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from requirement definition through to Go-Live.
- Conduct a thorough analysis to develop the current (As-Is) workflow for branches, identify issues, and design the future (To-Be) model. Prepare detailed explanatory documents and diagrams for the Transaction Banking departments at both the Head Office and Regional Head Office to facilitate discussion and achieve consensus.
- Plan and execute tasks related to the implementation of existing and new Trade Finance IT systems.
- Gather user requirements through communication with branches, draft discussion papers promptly, and assess the direction of the future workflow and system specifications.
- Experience in Transaction Banking with a focus on Trade Finance.
- Good communication skills in both English and Japanese (to liaise with Japanese speaking client and HQ).
