Job Responsibilities:
1. Process design & customer journey
a. Perform market research, requirement gathering and documentation.
b. Solicit input on requirements and customer journeys from country and various stakeholders.
c. Create process flows and requirement documentation.
2. Requirements analysis & Elicitation
a. Analyse and document the “as-is” & "to be" business processes, to formulate the problem statement for various use case.
b. Provide input to functional business analysts to create functional and non-functional requirements based on business requirements.
c. Monitor and manage risks /issues related to requirements.
d. Manage scope and handle the change request requirements.
e. Review and sign-off final version of business requirement document together with business users.
f. Transition business requirements to Functional Business Analysts, and ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirements.
g. Assess the business benefit and cost to facilitate the prioritization of delivery and scope.
3. Go-live
a. Work with vendors and technology teams to implement the solutions and platforms.
b. Facilitate/provide "Train the Trainer" on application enhancements.
c. Work with country and segment stakeholders to drive commercialisation and adoption of products, reporting to Business Program Manager.
4. Testing & Scope Management
Job Requirements:
• Minimum of 8 years of Retail Banking experience, preferably on Retail lending business analytics with operations or credit processing background
• Strong interpersonal skills and able to work with stakeholders in different ASEAN countries
• Ability to work under multiple task and meet stretched timeline with quality delivery
• Experience on the Credit decision tools or Credit decision analytical work to translate the business program into the functional requirement in the tools.
• Professional skill in using basic Microsoft Office tools, like PPT, XLS, VISIO, Projects
• Programming & relational database knowledge background, e.g. SAS, SQL is an advantage
