Responsibilities :
- Manage Faculty HR matters
- Assist with recruitment including campus visits
- Process new appointments, reappointments, recontracts on a timely basis
- Assist with promotion and tenure matters
- Support onboarding and offboarding matters
- Provide HR advisory on processes and procedures
- Collate HR data and update staff information databases for reporting/ analysis
- General admin matters
Requirements :
- Diploma /Degree with minimum 2-4 years of prior working HR experience
- Well-versed in employment act is preferred
- Meticulous
- Team player
- Able to interact with Management and various stakeholders
