Job Responsibilities:
- Review, track, and document compliance with training, continuing education, and work assessments, including safety and anti-harassment training, professional licensure, and certifications.
- Recruit, interview, and facilitate the hiring of qualified candidates. Collaborate with departmental managers to understand job requirements.
- Conduct or obtain background checks and employment eligibility verifications.
- Develop, document, implement, and maintain HR projects and programs.
- Handle routine tasks related to benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, disputes, investigations, performance management, and training.
- Address employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex issues as needed.
- Attend and participate in disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Review and update policies and practices as needed.
- Maintain knowledge of HR trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies.
- Lead HR projects in collaboration with department business partners.
Requirements:
- At least three years of human resource management experience preferred.
- Experience in regional/global HR operations is a plus.
- Professional HR certifications is a plus.
