Position: Receptionist
Location: Serangoon
Time: Tuesday - Sunday, 12pm to 8pm
Salary: Up to $2600
Job Description:
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Oversee voucher redemption processes, ensuring smooth and accurate transactions.
- Handle incoming calls, providing excellent service and support.
- Perform data entry tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
Requriement:
- Minimum 2 years as Receptionist/Front Desk Officer.
- Strong Communication Skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Able to work on weekends.
