Job Purpose:
We are looking for a responsible Customer Service Assistant Manager to coordinate all shipments and fulfill customers’ requirements. You will represent our company in a professional and ensure exceptionally high standard of service is being delivered to increase our customer satisfaction.
Job Description:
- Responsible for identifying business requirements on the freight forwarding operation and executing them effectively.
- Responsible for coordinating all import and export shipments based on allocation
- Preparation of permit declaration (Pure CO, Permit with CO, Permit for Export/Import/Air)
- Ensure daily customers’ enquiries are attended to and not limited to order and delivery status
- Handling incoming calls with the intent of providing customer satisfaction
- Work in conjunction with sales representatives to provide pre-and / post-sales support
- Ensure timely and accurately client invoicing and billings to customers
- Purchase of insurance and arrange any insurance claim for customer
- Responsible to draft and issue quotation to potential and existing customer
- Any other ad-hoc duties task by manager
Requirements:
- Minimum 4-years’ experience in Customer Service (Freight Forwarding Industry preferred)
- Ability to handle Cross Trade Shipment
- Friendly and Customer Service Driven
- A Team Player
- Good communication and customer service skills
