Job responsibilities:
- Coordinate worker operations for site
- Processing documents such as quotations
- Maintain and ensure the accuracy of the information in the HRIS system and physical documents
- Maintain proper worker records
- Responsible for work pass applications
- Any other duties assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- ITE / Diploma in HRM or Business preferred
- Preferably with some knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act
- Preferably with some proven experience with foreign worker recruitment
- Preferably with some familiarity of MOM documentations for construction and process workers
