Report and works closely with Operations Manager

Train and guide customer service personnel to ensure customer service standards are met

Evaluate, analyze, and report customer service data to track performance and improve strategies.
Identify customer service issues and develop strategies to address them.
Identify areas of improvement and devise strategies to increase customer satisfaction.
Maintain customer service policies to ensure continuity and compliance with company regulations.
