As a Customer Experience coordinator, you will be responsible for:
· Assisting our sales executives to provide industry-leading customer service through regular phone calls, emails & face-to-face communication.
· Assist with fielding customer enquiries via phone call & Email.
· Data entry which includes but not limited to preparing quotes, processing sales orders utilizing our ERP system,
· Assist with processing the aircraft components for repair through inhouse or other PAG locations,
· Provide timely quotes to customers on their units inducted for repair by following up with relevant workshops.
· Move inventory from different warehouse to Singapore and vice versa.
· General office administration including reception duties, filing, assisting in generating reports and other assignments as required.
