Our client is an established bank in the global market. We are looking for suitable candidates to join them as a HR Shared Services
Scope
- Manage employee life cycle events relating to pre, on-onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Administer employee records and ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Execute processes and requests accurately and within agreed timelines.
- Work closely with other HR partners including Talent Acquisition Specialists, HR Relationship Managers, HR specialist teams, as well as Employees to support and ensure alignment of HR transactional services.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement continuous improvements to HCM process and system.
- Participate in adhoc projects where opportunity arises.
Requirements
- Experience in managing employee life cycle events relating to pre, onboarding and offboarding processes is advantageous to have
- Good interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Adobe Acrobat Standard.
- Possess a risk mindset in keeping information confidential.
