KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Application Support
- Provide Core Finance Applications support, including but not limited to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP (Financials) and Finance Data Warehouse.
- Support, troubleshoot and fix issues with existing Custom Reports and Integrations.
- Drive user discussions and conduct workshops to facilitate information gathering for all new requirements, including Reports and Integrations.
- Document user requirements into user specifications (functional & technical)
- Enhance and/or Develop Reports and Integrations for Finance Applications.
- Outline functional testing scenarios, prepare test scripts, and conduct unit and system integration tests.
- Conduct user training and manage user testing where applicable.
- Prepare Migration / Deployment documents and participate in the CAB and Release Management.
Group Liaison
- Facilitate and Lead discussion with respective Product and IT owners for all Group owned applications.
- Cover all end-to-end questions and facilitate technical discussions with Product, IT owners and Group Application support.
- Ensure that all changes to Finance applications are inline with Group Design principles, and where required liaise with Enterprise IT to get Group Approvals.
- Participate in the wider Group uplift of Finance applications, while ensuring that there is no loss of functionality or service degradation to ESI Finance
Project Management:
- Contributes to project management processes, including status reporting, risk, issue, change, compliance management.

DOMAIN SPECIFIC ATTRIBUTES:
- At least 7 years of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP (Financials) experience as a Hands-on Techno-Functional Consultant, overall, 10 years of Experience in Oracle ERP (Financials)
- Deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Finance modules, their underlying tables, views, REST and SOAP services.
- Working knowledge of Accounting and Chart of Accounts
- Experience with other leading Enterprise applications such as Workday, Coupa, Concur, Cognos and Fee-Billing tools is a must.
- Excellent Technical skills including SQL, PL/SQL, BIP Reports, creating integrations using OIC or other tools.
- Experience with Enterprise Visualization Tools such as Power BI, Fusion Analytics etc.
- Working knowledge of other programming languages
- Creation and customization of Reports (BI Publisher, OTBI, Dashboards, SmartView)
- Personalization of application pages
- Data migration using FBDI/HDL Loader/ADFDI
- Experienced in collaborating with business, architecture design, technical teams, and service partners to prioritize and drive implementation activities.
- Experienced in Oracle Documentation Standards.
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:
- Degree level or higher
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
- Experience in Asset management or equivalent industries is a must.
