Job Description
- Site management which includes planning, supervising, controlling and co-ordinating project.
- Managing and monitoring subcontractors’ work progress.
- Ensuring quality of works is achieved and safety regulations are complied with, schedule to complete on time, site organization and workforce management.
- Ability to oversee the entire process and knowledge in project management relating to all operational and administration procedure
Requirements
- · Organizational competencies and project management skills to keep projects, processes and the entire engineering team on track.
- · Should have good Interpersonal communication skills, structured but not rigid, should be able to take decisions and responsibility, pro-active and should possess good report writing skills.
- · Good leadership skills to manage and develop a team.
