Our client, a global specialist in organising exhibitions, conferences and special events. They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join the dynamic Project Management Team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end to end project management process
- Develop project plans, timelines and budgets in collaboration with internal stakeholdes and clients
- Coordinate with cross functional teams including production, logistics, marketing and creative
- Primaary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions
- Facilitate post event debriefs and conduct through evaluations to assess project performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Project Management
- Min 5 years of experience in project management, preferable in events, exhibitions or relevant industries
- Excellent communication and intepersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and inspire cross functional teams'
