Responsibilities:
- Schedule preventative maintenance, pest control, horticulture, security management etc.
- Investigate, check and analyse reported breakdowns & faults to determine their cause for the prevention of future occurrences
- Supervise contractors to carry out maintenance work to ensure that the upkeep and the Site is maintained to meet the service standard
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Facilities Management or equivalent with 3 years of relevant experience
- Possess a valid Fire Safety Manager certification
