Job Scope:
Employee Life Cycle
Onboarding Management: -
- Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new employees, including documentation and orientation.
- Support new hires' integration into the organization.
Performance Management Support:
- Provide support to managers and employees during confirmation
Offboarding Management:
- Oversee the offboarding process for departing employees, ensuring all exit procedures are followed.
- Manage the return of company property and ensure proper documentation of the offboarding process.
Record Keeping and Participation in Government Survey
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and digital.
- Participate in periodic surveys (such as MOM surveys)
HRIS Management
- Utilizing Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) for managing employee data, payroll, and benefits.
Others
Involved in ad-hoc duties/projects as and when required.
