Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the IFM Services at the client’s office building premises
- Supervision of all onsite personnel
- Planning and supervision of the Comprehensive Management Program
- Formulate maintenance procedure and policies and facility emergency plans
- Promote good relations with the stake holders
- Liaise and coordinate with sub-contractors and ensure their maintenance works/service deliverables are completed on time and as per contract requirements and agreed KPIs
- Submit proposal for Addition & Alteration (A&A) works; Improvements and/or Upgrading works; or Repair and Replacement works to the building, M&E Systems and facilities as and when required by the client
- Manage projects and improvement works
- Advise the client on the compliance with all Fire Safety requirements and address any related queries
- Prepare and justify for variation of works if any and to verify and certify all works completion
- Ensure compliance to all statutory requirements
- Conduct regular meetings and submit monthly management reports including Audit and Fire Safety reports
Qualification Requirements
- Minimum Degree in Building/Facilities/Estate Management/M&E Engineering with minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Building/Facilities Management
