- Plan, schedule, conduct, and coordinate detailed phases of the project and ensured that it is completed on time， within budget, and highest quality
- Preparation of engineering detail design development for a project where applicable
- Prepare bill of materials /equipment list. Budget and manpower where applicable
- Plan and Prepare PO for the purchaser to order materials
- Submit regular management reports on the progress of the project timelines and targets
- Assist contract department tender new project
- liaise with main-con, sub-con and supplier
- Requirement ：
- candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferred with Singapore condominium experience.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, AUTOCAD
