Job Title: Project Coordinator - Solar PV

Are you passionate about solar energy and ready to make an impact? We’re looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our solar projects. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Project Manager to ensure projects are executed smoothly, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Assist in creating project plans, timelines, and schedules.
- Documentation: Manage project documentation and prepare status reports.
- Coordination: Liaise between teams, clients, and subcontractors; schedule meetings and follow up on action items.
- Resource Management: Help manage resources and coordinate material deliveries.
- Risk Management: Identify risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure work meets quality standards and complies with regulations.
- Admin Support: Handle administrative tasks and support the Project Manager.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in project coordination, preferably in solar projects.
- Skills: Strong communication, project management, and interpersonal skills.
