Job Description:
- Serve as a compassionate and understanding advocate for our international patients, providing personalized assistance throughout their treatment process.
- Facilitate communication between patients, their families, and healthcare providers to ensure a clear understanding of treatment plans and expectations. Provide guidance and support to the patients and their families with travel arrangements, visa applications, and accommodation.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to develop comprehensive treatment plans that meet the needs of our international patients to ensure that patients receive culturally appropriate care, including scheduling of appointments, coordinating the tests and procedures, and facilitating communication between providers.
- Provide interpretation and translation services as needed to ensure that patients and their families fully understand medical procedures, diagnosis, and treatment plans.
- Ensure that patients receive high-quality care by monitoring and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise during the course of their treatment.
- Evaluate patient satisfaction through surveys and feedback and look at ways to improve our patient experience by implementing new processes, workflow that enhance the quality of care to our patients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interaction and activities, as well as medical information and documentation.
Requirements
- Min Diploma / Degree in Nursing
- Min 2 to 3 years of nursing experience
