Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Business Development Manager (BD Manager) to join our team. This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, driving business growth, and promoting ChainUp's products and services in the global market.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and develop new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining relationships with potential clients and partners.

· Analyze market trends and customer needs to formulate effective market and sales strategies.

· Promote the company's products and services in the global market to achieve sales targets.

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective responses to customer needs.

· Prepare and submit business proposals, contracts, and reports; participate in contract negotiations and signings.

· Attend industry conferences, exhibitions, and other business events to enhance company brand awareness.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.

· At least 2 years of experience in business development or sales; experience in blockchain or fintech industry is a plus.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with clients and team members from diverse cultural backgrounds.

· Strong market analysis and business planning abilities, capable of independently formulating and implementing sales strategies.

· Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and result-driven, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

· Proficiency in written and spoken English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

· Willingness to travel, with a global perspective and experience in international business development.
