Position: Customer Service Executive
Salary: Up to $3300
Working Hours: 5 days, 9am - 6pm
Location: Ubi
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently track and follow up on leads to convert them into potential customers
- Use communication channels, including social media, phone calls, and emails to secure appointments
- Manage appointments and inquiries for both new and existing customers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience
- Handle customer complaints and queries received through multiple channels, including phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Portray a consistently positive and helpful attitude in addressing external and internal customer concerns.
- Work with internal teams to deliver high quality customer service
- Assist with any ad hoc administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- A minimum Professional Certificate / NITEC in any field
- Experience in beauty industry will be an added advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work in fast paced environment and responsible team player
- Being proactive and independent
