Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Project Coordinator with extensive experience in the construction industry. Assisting the Project Manager, this role offers a dynamic and rewarding environment for individuals who are looking to progress in project management.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare project documents such as contracts, permits, specifications, and plans. Document and file, all project information, including meeting minutes, contracts, change orders, and other project-related documents. Communicate with project stakeholders, including managers, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure they are aware of project timelines, goals, and requirements. Update project schedules and prepare reports that highlight project status and key metrics. Coordinate with vendors to purchase materials for projects. Assist managing budgets to ensure that all costs fall within the budget allocated for the project.
Qualifications:
· Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering or related discipline
· Open to candidates who are working as Quantity Surveyor
· Minimum 2 years of experience in construction industry, facilities management or mechanical & electrical industry
Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role
