Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, budget, risk management, and communication plans.
  • Define project goals, objectives, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate the creation of project charters and approval processes.
  • Coordinate and lead project team meetings to monitor progress and address any issues.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure project delivery within scope, time, and cost constraints.
  • Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure progress, quality, and alignment with goals.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring regular communication and updates on project status, issues, and changes.
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Develop risk mitigation plans and strategies to address potential problems before they occur.
  • Ensure proactive measures are taken to minimize project risks.
  • Implement quality assurance processes to ensure that project deliverables meet the required standards and specifications.
  • Conduct regular quality reviews and audits to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate project team members to ensure optimal team performance and professional development.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment that encourages innovative solutions and continuous improvement.
  • Resolve conflicts and issues that arise within the project team effectively.
  • Devise and implement new product (and/or existing product) pipeline strategies, encompassing pre-launch and launch strategies, as well as post-launch initiatives for sustainable growth, product enhancement, and innovation.
  • Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and customer needs, providing guidance for product portfolio decisions.
  • Develop standards, templates, processes and guidelines for product lifecycle.
  • Formulate brand strategies for the product range, incorporating market penetration strategies and competitive intelligence analysis, with timely responses to stakeholders.
  • Conduct business development assessments, identifying product opportunities and forecasting to drive product growth and expansion.
  • Ensure that the development of product and services from partner(s) meets the market usability standards.
  • Develop and manage budgets for products, including revenue forecasts, cost projections, and expense tracking.
  • Oversee product performance, including monitoring revenue, breakeven, and areas for financial improvement.
  • Generate regular financial reports or dashboards, providing financial insights and recommendations to guide product strategy, including new product development, expansion and discontinuation.
  • Identify and assess financial risks related to products, inform management and recommend strategies for mitigation.
  • Conduct project closure activities, including post-project evaluations, lessons learned sessions, and project documentation.
  • Ensure all project deliverables are completed to the satisfaction of stakeholders and in accordance with project requirements.
  • Facilitate the handover of project deliverables and knowledge transfer to operations teams.
  • Actively participate in the Change management (CAB) calls to review the upcoming changes, analyzed failed changes and collaborate with vendors to implement appropriate actions.
  • Attend Major incident (MI) management calls when relevant, aiming to understand the root cause and identify the preventive measures to avoid incidents.
  • Provide comprehensive support for operational stability (covering changes, incidents, problems and etc.) to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure products and services.
  • Experience in finance management.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong reporting and presentation skills.
  • Outstanding abilities in presenting and reporting information.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of digital infrastructure and underlying technological concepts, business drivers and cutting-edge technologies.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
