Assistant Manager, Service Governance
Responsibilities:
1. Service Agreement Management
- Create, track, and report all infrastructure-related service agreements, purchase requirements, and invoices to meet standards and highlight deviations to the respective team and management.
- Ensure timely and quality issuance of service agreements to the markets and amendments based on changes and market requirements
2. Financial Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income and expense statements.
- Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions.
- Monitor budget performance and report variances.
- Implement and maintain effective cost controls.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments
3. Budgeting and Forecasting
- Assist in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Understand stakeholder requirements, gather relevant supporting data, compile statistics, and deliver results aligned with management strategies.
4. Compliance and Documentation
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Oversee service level agreements and contract entries, ensuring proper documentation.
- Conduct periodic reviews to ensure adherence to policies and procedures
5. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for financial reporting.
- Communicate key insights, findings, and recommendations based on financial data.
- Define, translate, and document business requirements and projects into clear, concise, and comprehensive communication packages
6. Community and Mission Alignment
- Perform high-level community evaluation in a fast-paced environment, considering the mission, vision, and organization, aligning with the team’s mission statement
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics/Finance & Accounting/ Mathematics
- Proficiency in visualization software and tools (Power BI and Excel skillsets essential )
- Strong analytical and financial skills.
- Good communication skills in terms of presentation, documentation abilities and verbal along with an attitude for good teamwork is mandatory.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience in eliciting requirements and drawing business-relevant conclusions.
- Effective communication and documentation abilities.
