Responsibilities
· Oversee and manage various building & facility systems.
· Carry out maintenance programmes to all building & facilities.
· Implement Energy Efficiency and Sustainability initiatives.
· Coordinate and oversee the work of contractors, technicians and service providers.
· Perform site supervision, design and coordinate various M&E systems.
Requirements:
· Minimum Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
· At least 2 years of relevant experience in related field
· Mechanical & Engineering (M&E) trained is preferred
· Able to work on Weekends when needed
