- Perform guests check in or check out according to hotel procedures and service standards.
- Handles guests’ inquiries or complaints promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Perform cashiering and updating of guest records.
- Handles all incoming calls for guests or internal departments.
- Performs other related tasks.
Job Requirements:
- ‘O’ level & above with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Diploma/ Degree with no experience is welcome to apply.
- 5 day work (3 rotating shift).
