Roles & Responsibilities:
1.Preparation of contracts, negotiation of revisions/ amendments, changes, and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
2.Liaise with authorities, consultants, clients.
3.Ensure that the job progress is in line with the site schedule;
4.Submit variation order for additional work when required;
5.Ensure that fund inflow and outflow are in positive.
6.Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets.
7.Supervise daily site activities.
8.Plan details of projects, such as quality, cost, timelines and labour requirements.9.Attend site meetings, client briefings, and perform site measurements.
10.Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
11.Need to support beyond the working hours to complete the project on time
12.Support overtime when required
13.Positive, commitment and “can-do” attitude.
14.Able to work independently
15.Able to work on weekends.
