This role will be mainly supporting the HR Manager & Crewing Manager with Adminstrative works.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform HR administrative duties, (E.g., New / Renewal work pass application, prepare employment contract and letters).
- Responsible for office’s day to day HR & administrative related work duties.
- Prepare and coordinate worker’s work pass application/ renewal /cancellation, including arranging of medical check up and transports.
- Provide administrative support to the team such as maintaining and organizing all administrative records and documents.
- Support recruitment through job postings, interviews, onboarding of new hires, etc.
- Carries out administrative duties such as data entry work, filing.
- Handle Portnet and Digitalport matters, serving as the Point of Contact for MPA-related matters.
- Sourcing and Arranging for training courses when needed.
- Others duties as assigned by superiors and Management.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O Level and above.
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience on Admin Supports.
- Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good knowledge of Employment Acts and MOM Regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Good learning attitude and personailty.
- Able to commence work within short notice.
