Salary: Up to $3000 Per Month
Working hours: Monday - Thursday: 8:30am - 6:00pm, Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Post job advertisements on both internal and external career platforms.
- Reconcile MSF claims and grants to ensure accurate cost centre allocation.
- Perform audit checks on leave applications to verify staff compliance.
- Assist with the verification and updating of onboarding information for new hires and offboarding details for resigning employees.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and collaborate with the team to develop effective solutions for any delivery gaps.
Requirements:
- Possess a diploma in Human Resource or Business
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience
- Organised, meticulous and proactive individual
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Excel applications (Vlookup, Pivot table etc.)
