Job responsibilities
- Co-ordinate the servicing, repairs and monitoring of smooth operations of Fault Management Centre,
- To act and respond to faults / incidents / complains as per established SOP
- Generating Fault Reporting
- Support in other roles as may be instructed by supervisor
Requirements
- At least three (3) ‘O’ level passes (including English), and Higher Nitec and above or Equivalent in Mechanical/ Electrical / Electronics Engineering.
- At least Two (2) years of relevant experience dealing with customers in a frontline / call center experience
- Candidate with facilities maintenance experience will be prefered or deal with fault / repairs reporting for buildings.
- Be proficient in English and one other language, computer literate, adequate typing skills
- Able to handle and swiftly respond with proper etiquette to telephone calls, emails received.
- Various Locations: based in Jurong Office or Punggol Office
- 5.5 work days week.
