Smart IMS Company is an IT Managed Services, Outsourcing and Talent-Sourcing company. We provide customized IT Consulting Solutions, Project Management, IT resourcing and on/offshore Application Development Services across the Asia Pacific region.

We are currently looking for a Business Support to support and backup Business Advisors and Market Data Consumers.

Responsibilities:
- Financial Management and Control; Ensure invoices reconcile correctly with Market Data inventory and service agreements.
- Inventory Management; Manage inventory and reporting for all applications and invoice allocations.
- Fulfillment of Market Data requests; Provide clients/front office users with requested Market Data services to ensure timely delivery of data.
- Reporting Management and Declaration to Exchanges; Ensure required declarations are submitted accurately and in a timely manner.

Requirements:
- Understand the financial and banking industry with particular knowledge of the Asia markets.
- Working knowledge of Business Objects, and the Microsoft suite or products; Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiar with Technology Expense Management Solutions and Market Data Management tools.

- Competitive salary commensurate with experience, with 14 days of Annual Leave and above market medical coverage / insurance.
- 12-month renewable contract with 2 months' notice period.
