Responsibilities :
Manage Faculty HR matters which include the following areas :
Assist with recruitment including campus visits
Process new appointments, reappointments, recontracts on a timely basis
Assist with promotion and tenure matters
Support onboarding and offboarding matters
Provide HR advisory on processes and procedures
Collate HR data and update staff information databases for reporting/ analysis
General admin matters
Requirements :
Minimum 3-4 years of prior working HR experience (universities experience preferred though not compulsory)
Well-versed in employment act
Meticulous and conscientious
Able to interact with Senior Management and various stakeholders
Independent in following up on matters and closing the loopsResponsibilities :
