Roles & Responsibilities:
We are seeking a proactive and organised part-time (3 days) Business Development Executive to focus on new client acquisition. The ideal person will identify potential clients, build strong relationships and convert leads into long-term clients. This role involves strategic planning, business development, client acquisition, and some administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies that align with the practice’s objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and networking.
- Generate leads and convert them into clients through effective networking, marketing, and relationship-building efforts.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and attract new clients, including social media, content marketing, and events.
- Organise and manage events such as workshops, seminars, and retreats to engage potential clients and partners.
- Work closely with the clinical team to ensure that business development efforts align with the practice's therapeutic goals and values.
- Administrative duties, such as answering enquiries and calls.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, marketing or management, preferably within the healthcare or mental health sector.
- Strong understanding of the mental health industry and the challenges facing private practices.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
