Responsibilities:
- Assist in gathering and analyzing business requirements from key stakeholders, including Product Owners and Business Users.
- Provide analysis and consultation on system workflows and features based on the gathered requirements.
- Draft Business Requirements Specification (BRD) documents and create User Stories with detailed acceptance criteria.
- Design sample mockups or prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and Balsamiq.
- Support the Development team by clarifying requirements and providing necessary details.
- Contribute to various project tasks, including preparing team progress reports, verifying system functionality, drafting test cases, and conducting demos for new features.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Management Information Systems, Finance, or Accounting.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to handle problems effectively.
- Excellent analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Dynamic, creative, enthusiastic, and proactive in work.
- Capable of working independently or as part of a team, with the ability to manage work under pressure.
- A strong interest in developing a career as a Business Analyst.
- Knowledge of design tools, SQL, or Excel is an advantage.
